- This site collects only the information residents voluntarily submit through the Contact form — specifically name, email address, subject, and message.
- Contact form submissions are transmitted via Web3Forms, a third-party form-processing service, directly to the POA office email. The site itself does not store or retain any submissions.
- This site does not use tracking cookies or analytics of any kind.
- Resident account creation, dues payment, and resident-only documents are handled entirely by PayHOA, a separate third-party platform with its own privacy policy.
- The public event calendar is a Google Calendar embed. No personal data is collected through it.
