Spring Road Maintenance Schedule

The POA has scheduled road grading and pothole repairs for the week of April 15–19, 2024.

Roads Affected

• Walnut Mountain Drive (full length)
• Ridge Road
• Pine Hollow Lane

What to Expect

Work will take place Monday through Friday, approximately 8 AM to 5 PM. You may experience brief delays of up to 10 minutes while equipment is in use.

Please slow down near work crews and follow any posted signage.
